Über Eszter
I am a passionate yoga practitioner (since 15 years) and a teacher (since 5 years).
I am a mother. I am an entrepreneur. I am a community builder.
I found yoga as I had a lot of stress and movement limitations. Which was pretty much caused by my job in banking and consultancy.
Soon, I totally got hooked on yoga. Basically, I created a daily practice and throughout the ups and downs, yoga always provided me with a solid grounding. Eventually, I also found the way to breathwork and meditation. Which further enhanced my wellbeing.
In 2019 the time was ripe, and I wanted to expand my knowledge through the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, which also enabled me to provide the community with the Yoga experience. Ever since, I have been on multiple teacher training, retreats and has been teaching groups and private.

Ich bin leidenschaftliche Yoga-Praktizierende (seit 15 Jahren) und Lehrerin (seit 5 Jahren).
Ich bin Mutter. Ich bin Unternehmer. Ich bin Community Builder.
Ich habe Yoga gefunden, weil ich viel Stress und Bewegungsimitationen hatte. Was größtenteils an meinem Job im Bank und Beratung lag.
Bald war ich völlig süchtig nach Yoga. Im Grunde habe ich eine tägliche Praxis entwickelt und in allen Höhen und Tiefen hat mir Yoga immer eine solide Grundlage gegeben. Schließlich fand ich den Weg zur Breathwork und Meditation. Was mein Wohlbefinden noch weiter steigerte.
Im Jahr 2019 war die Zeit reif und ich wollte mein Wissen durch die 200-stündige Yogalehrerausbildung erweitern, die es mir auch ermöglichte, der Community das Yoga-Erlebnis zu bieten. Seitdem habe ich an mehreren Lehrerausbildungen und Retreats teilgenommen und Unterrichte Gruppen und Privat.

There is no "standard". Every class is individual, according to your needs.
We explore together what works for you, where you want to get and develop a plan - maybe, for a longer period or day-by-day.
I use a lot of props (blocks, chair, fascial roll etc.) and do a lot of adjustments. Everything is an offer, nothing is a must.
Classes are in English or German
Es gibt keinen „Standard“. Jeder Kurs ist individuell, ganz nach deinen Bedürfnissen.
Wir erkunden gemeinsam, was für dich funktioniert, wo du hinkommen möchten und entwickeln einen Plan – vielleicht für einen längeren Zeitraum oder Tag für Tag.
Ich verwende viele Hilfsmittel (Klötze, Stuhl, Faszienrolle etc.) und nehme viele Anpassungen vor. Alles ist ein Angebot, nichts ist ein Muss.
