Über Beatriz
Nothing fulfils me more than the feeling of having helped someone feel better.I am a yoga teacher, massage therapist and musician. Yoga and Music have been the biggest therapies in my life, and still are. Therefore, I love to share what I studied and learned from experience, to hopefully make you feel better and come closer to achieving your goals :)

Yoga is a wonderful life philosophy and practice. It has been in my life for almost 9 years now. For 6 of them I have been passing down the knowledge I have of it in several countries, in several languages, to groups and in private lessons.
I have practiced Hatha Yoga (since the beginning), Ashtanga Yoga (for 3 years), and have learned and practiced occasionally Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. I have studied the philosophy and learned chanting, and did three yoga trainings, one of them 200h Yoga Alliance.
Nowadays, my practice has become way more free and spontaneous, still very connected to Hatha Yoga, but with all the knowledge from the other styles brought together. Aditionally, I am a trained massage therapist, with 6 years experience, taking into account the anatomy and need of the physical and mental bodies.
In my yoga sessions, whether in group or private 1-1, you will experience lessons that flow like water, never to repeat exactly like the last one. They incorporate Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation and other Yoga traditional practices.
Every lesson will be adapted to your current state, your needs and objectives: if you have injuries, or according to your menstrual cycle, if you are pregnant, if you have any health condition, etc.
The lessons always end with a guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra), laying down in Shavasana.
