Are you looking for yoga coaching that truly supports your personal growth – individual, compassionate, and focused on your overall well-being? Then you’ve come to the right place.
I’m a certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training – including in India – and many years of practice. I offer mindful, in-depth classes and coaching sessions both online and in person, as well as in German and English. You can choose between exclusive 1:1 coaching or targeted group programs, designed to meet you exactly where you are – physically and mentally.
My sessions are a blend of creativity, clarity, and a warm, authentic atmosphere. I’ve led workshops and special events on injury prevention, stress management, arm balances and inversions, and yoga as a complement to other sports like surfing or football.
Whether you're aiming to deepen your practice, build inner balance, invite more lightness into your life, or simply take a conscious break – I’m here to support you with passion, professionalism, and a holistic approach.

In my classes, I combine flowing Vinyasa sequences with elements of Hatha yoga, conscious breathwork, and moments of stillness. Each session begins with a gentle arrival and mobilization phase, followed by a creative, dynamic main flow that strengthens the body and centers the mind. The practice concludes with grounding postures and a guided final relaxation.
My teaching is defined by clear, compassionate guidance, varied transitions, and a mindful awareness of each student’s individual needs. I support beginners in finding a safe and inspiring way into yoga, while also offering space for experienced practitioners who seek depth, connection, and personal growth.
