Über Ilaria
I am a 26-year old Italian girl, working full time in Munich. During my travels in Thailand 2 years ago, I had the life-changing opportunity to take part in a Yoga Teacher Training on the island of Koh Phangan. Since then, I have been teaching yoga in summer at Englischer Garten and as part of the Early Birds Munich Social Club.
Although I can only teach part-time due to my full-time job, I will never give up on my passion of teaching yoga, and on bringing some light to other people's lives.
I look forward to having you as a student! Remember that change starts within you and you decide how to live your life every single day :)

I offer private classes with a mixture of meditation, pranayama, asanas, and more challenging balancing poses, both online, at my home, or on agreed location (e.g., park).
I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand, where I learnt interesting and life-changing meditation and breathing techniques, which I hope to bring through to you during my class. I am also currently an Ashtanga student so I am looking forward to adding more challenging poses as well if needed. What I love the most is the personal contact when I teach, in order to make adjustments in the yoga positions and to transfer positive energy.
