Über Marie
- Over 10 years of teaching experience - certified Yoga Teacher - Online coaching experience + Online Library - University degree in teaching (MSc. of education) - (versteckte Information) - Languages: German, English, Spanish Hi, I am Marie and this is the story of becoming a professional Yoga instructor: Movement has always been a part of me: I danced, played football, and did martial arts. I was flowing and learning. At 13, I started teaching dance classes for children. This is when my passion for teaching developed – I simply love the process of learning and creating together. After my first Yoga class, I felt like never before. Different and good! It felt like this breathing thing in yoga changed the whole game and suddenly my little monkey mind was quiet. Stillness. Just for a moment. I presume that by developing a daily yoga routine, I started to perceive my body and mind differently. This is how my yoga journey has begun, how my motivation for training started to be rather on a mental level than on a physical level. So nowadays, I am a yoga and acrobatics instructor. For several years I taught regular classes in Berlin and workshops at festivals or retreats. I worked as a content producer in a yoga startup and developed progressive online training systems. I love teaching. Especially, taking time for working 1 on 1. Here I can provide more customized information and the connection between me and my students grows to another level. Everybody can do Yoga, it's not something we might see on social media, but it's your journey, your body and your well-being! In Yoga you practice muscle control, breathing and mental strength. You are picked up from where you are right now. Decide what you want to focus on and together we create your personal journey and training plan. How do we get started? Before the first class, we will correspond and figure out a direction. I will create an individual Yoga training plan for you, which helps you to achieve and track your goals. You can focus, for instance, on improving your flexibility, general fitness, or simply having fun and enjoying the moment. How are group classes? Group classes are meant for sharing this experience with friends! For me, it is wonderful seeing a group grow together. How students laugh together, support and encourage each other. It is simply more fun to learn, work out, and laugh together. Be spontaneous, make your home a fun place to be and try it out ;) So, if you always wanted to start Yoga or you want to deepen your practice, this course is perfect for you. The classes will help you to grow within your practice, push you and give you all the tools to practice Yoga confidently by yourself.

Perfekt! Vielen Dank Marie für diese tolle Yoga Stunde. Auch über Zoom hat es super geklappt! Das war eine tolle Mischung aus Anspannung, Entspannung und guter Atemanleitung. Ein toller Einstieg ins Yoga!

I took Marie's online fitness class during lockdown and I really enjoyed training with her, she definitely helped me to stay fit, and to accomplish more than I thought I could before.

Hi, thank you for your interest. I am currently living in Wales, therefore offline classes are not available. If you are living close by: I am offering offline classes for 40€/hour >> 60€ 1.5 hours. This pricelist accounts for individual bookings. Offline Group (share it with your friend) classes are 80€. Online Business/Group Yoga classes are 50€.
