Über Elcin
I am a movement educator with over twenty years of experience, holding a degree from the Sports Academy of Çukurova University, recognized in Austria as a Bachelor's in Secondary Education with a focus on Sport. My own background in swimming, gymnastics, athletics, team sports and dance shaped my deep understanding of how the body moves. I worked at a fitness studio for ten years, have taught Pilates for fifteen years, and founded and ran my own movement studio in Istanbul for twelve years. Since 2018 I have been a GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS Master Trainer, training new teachers internationally. Now based in Vienna, I bring this experience to every session with one goal: helping each person move with more strength, freedom and joy.

My sessions combine functional strength training, Pilates and the flowing, three-dimensional movement principles of the GYROTONIC method to build a strong, mobile and well-balanced body. Each class focuses on core stability, posture, joint mobility, flexibility and conscious breathing, while improving coordination, endurance and body awareness. In private sessions I tailor every exercise to your goals, fitness level and body, whether you want to get stronger, move more freely, improve your posture or recover a sense of ease in everyday movement. My Pilates group classes are dynamic yet precise, suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike, and always leave you feeling both energized and centred.
