Über Nivishaa
Hi! I’m Nivishaa, and I offer personalised 1:1 tutoring in "English, Mathematics and Science" for children and middle school students in Munich.
I have always enjoyed learning and, even more, helping others understand things that initially seem difficult. With my academic background in engineering and a Master’s degree in Mobile Sensing and Robotics, I have a strong foundation in Mathematics and Science. I also have experience working in English in academic and professional environments, which allows me to support students with both language skills and schoolwork.
What I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing the moment when something finally clicks for a student. I believe that every child is capable of learning, but sometimes they simply need someone to explain a concept in a different way or give them a little more time and encouragement.
My lessons are relaxed, patient and adapted to each student. I take the time to understand where they are struggling instead of simply following a fixed lesson plan. Whether your child needs regular support with schoolwork, help with homework, wants to strengthen their foundations or needs extra practice in a particular subject, we can work on exactly what they need.
I also believe that building confidence is just as important as improving grades. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and trying again. My aim is to help them become more independent and develop a positive attitude towards learning.

I believe the best way to teach is to make things simple, clear and enjoyable. My goal is not just to help students get the right answer, but to make sure they actually understand the topic and feel confident doing it on their own.
I offer personalised 1:1 tutoring in "English, Mathematics and Science" for children and middle school students. Every child learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to their level, personality and individual needs.
I usually start by understanding what the student already knows and where they are having difficulties. Then, we work through the topic together step by step. I explain concepts in simple language and use examples and practical exercises to make them easier to understand.
During a typical lesson, we might review something from school, go through homework, work on a topic the student finds difficult and then practise it together. I also like to finish with a quick recap so the student knows what they have learned and what they should remember.
I am patient and encourage students to ask questions whenever something is unclear. I never want a student to feel embarrassed about making a mistake or saying that they do not understand something. If one explanation does not work, I simply try a different way of explaining it.
For younger students, I also try to keep lessons interactive and engaging rather than making them feel like another hour of school.
My goal is to help students build a strong foundation, become more confident in their abilities and eventually feel comfortable solving problems independently.
I mainly teach "children and middle school students" in English, Mathematics and Science, whether they need regular support with schoolwork, help with specific topics or simply want to strengthen their understanding of a subject.
