Über Christian
Hey! I’m Chris, a current Economics (VWL) student at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Before that, I completed both the Swiss Matura—where I majored in Physics and Applied Mathematics—and the IB Diploma with a score of 39/45. My background has always been quite STEM-focused, and over the years I’ve developed a genuine passion for helping others understand challenging topics in a clear, simple, and meaningful way.
I’ve tutored privately and supported classmates and younger siblings across a variety of subjects. Whether it’s Maths, History, or English, I love breaking complex problems down into smaller steps and helping others grasp the why behind the concept—not just how to solve it. My goal is always to create a relaxed, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building real confidence.
Outside of academics, I enjoy staying active and curious—I love travelling, playing sports, and trying new recipes in the kitchen (though not all are successful!). I bring that same energy and curiosity into my tutoring sessions and always aim to make learning engaging and rewarding.
