Über Eszter
I'm a Holistic Dance-Movement pedagogue and Yoga teacher based in Berlin. I'm absolutely fascinated by the wisdom of the body and the wealth of knowledge and experiences we can find through (re-)connecting to it, which is why I'm committed to creating and holding spaces where I can guide and accompany people so that they can meet themselves on a deeper level, where they can drop into their bodies and into ‘being’, ‘sensing’ and ‘allowing’ instead of ‘doing’, ‘wanting’ or ‘forcing’.
I studied Authentic Movement extensively with Sabine Parzer, Contact Improvisation mainly with Andrew Wass, Body-Mind Centering with Ka Rustler and Nina Wehnert, and contemporary improvisation and movement research with many wonderful teachers.
Whether yoga or dance/movement, what I offer is influenced by an ongoing research into my own body, mind and spirit and therefore has a constantly evolving form. Focusing on cultivating awareness, letting whatever is present to come to the surface.
