I currently teach students from various countries.
Many of my students enjoy anime, Japanese culture, and conversation practice as a hobby, while others study Japanese to enjoy traveling in Japan more deeply and comfortably.
Please think of me not only as a teacher, but also as a supportive conversation partner.

My lessons are for people who want to speak Japanese more naturally and confidently.
In my lessons, I value “trying to communicate” more than speaking perfectly.
Step by step, we will build a strong foundation and turn “textbook Japanese” into Japanese you can actually use in real life.
【Why I Became a Japanese Teacher】
The reason I became a Japanese teacher was because of my own experience learning English.
When I was a student, English was actually my weakest subject.
But I met wonderful English teachers who felt more like friends than strict teachers.
I could talk with them about everyday life, hobbies, worries, relationships, and many things I normally could not express openly.
Little by little, English changed from just “a school subject” into “a language for connecting with people.”
That experience strongly influences my teaching style today.
In my lessons:
・You do not need to be perfect
・You can speak comfortably without fear of mistakes
・I want you to enjoy expressing your own thoughts in Japanese
【Lesson Style】
To help even complete beginners understand comfortably, I use gestures, drawings, visual explanations, example sentences, and screen sharing during lessons.
Lessons are mainly conducted in Japanese.
Please imagine that you are joining a school in Japan and experiencing Japanese naturally through communication!
Even complete beginners can usually start having simple conversations using basic verb conjugations after about 3–4 months of steady practice.
I want students to keep the feeling of:
“How can I say this in Japanese?”
Little by little, you will begin to think, feel, and express yourself more naturally in Japanese.
I believe that this process leads to real communication skills.
Most importantly, I value “trying to communicate” more than “speaking without mistakes.”

Lessons are mainly conducted in Japanese.
(Simple English support is available for beginners.)
I do not speak Dutch, so lesson support is available in English only.
However, I believe using Japanese as much as possible helps students improve more naturally and quickly.
I also use gestures, visual explanations, and simple examples to create a comfortable learning environment — like studying abroad in Japan.
