Über Raminta
Somatic therapist based in the Berlin area. Coming from Lithuania. Working as Pantarei practitioner for 1 year. Offering online and live sessions. I am also an event organizer for 2 years. I offer sensual Temples in Berlin, so tipics like healthy sexuality and better relationships, working aroubd boundary, loss of libido, shame, or not being able to experience orgasm are what I am starting to specialize in. BUT with an aproach of somatic coaching we can tackle any other topic, be it work,stress management, anxiety, emotional blockages. This is what I work with daily.

Sessions will be led in English. A mix of German works as I speak B2-level German. But the main language will be English as I am fluent in it.

I will guide you through a transformative journey of self-discovery, helping you unlock your capacity for self-leadership and self-guidance.
In my sessions together with this approach and other skills I gained in my work and life I will offer you a space with an opportunity to connect your mind, body, and emotions. By finding a way of understanding and communicating between the three we will unlock the wisdom that lies within. By harnessing the power of your body-mind-emotions connection, you'll gain insights into the challenges you face and find solutions that empower you to overcome them.
With the Pantarei Approach, you'll feel empowered to move through life with confidence, more ease and tackle any obstacle that comes your way.

HOW THE SESSION LOOKS LIKE (online):
The session will take 1hr. We will have a conversation about your situation and at the end of the session we will have a mindfulness session guided by me with the principles of Pantarei approach. In the continuous session, we might have more embodiment parts.
HOW THE SESSION LOOKS LIKE (hands on):
The session will take 1 to 1,5hr. It starts when we sit down and start talking.
The second session will most likely be 1hr.
The session contains ~25 min talking, ~30 min hands-on, ~10 min integration (all can differentiate according to your personal process)
