Über Natalia
I began to learn to dance from the age of 10, with oriental dance being my starting point, from there I have made a whole journey of inner discovery from the exploration of movement, a journey that has led me to discover my own soul language and my Divinity, and to recognize versions of myself that I did not know existed but that were there waiting for this reunion of love with my Being.
I have 16 years of experience in dance in which I have been trained with international teachers as a dancer and 10 years as a belly dance teacher, I have participated in numerous events inivted as a professional dancer as well as being an award winner. I have also complemented my dance training with contemporary dance, Latin dances, jazz, rhythmic gymnastics, Bollywood dance, tribal fusion dance and in the last 3 years I have explored techniques of conscious movement, biodecoding of movement, among others. On a professional level, I studied business management with emphasis on marketing.

My dance teaching methodology is personalized, focusing on the level of each student and the goals that each person has: learning new movements, putting together a choreography, exercising, connecting with their soul through movement and connecting with their feminine energy and male.
During the last 3 years I have implemented a pedagogy methodology based on conscious movement, thus integrating a holistic approach to dance from the connection of the body, emotions, mind, energy and soul.
Through conscious movement we learn how to move the body effectively and more precisely, it helps prevent injuries, improves our health and vitality, helps to identify and release limiting thoughts and emotions, and raises the energy vibration, helps improve mood. and my relationship with myself and others.
