Über Deep
Hello, I’m Deepak, a certified Indian yoga teacher, postgraduate in Yoga Science, and founder of Deep Yoga Studio.
I was trained in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga, and I teach traditional yoga adapted for modern lifestyles. My work focuses on helping people reduce stress, improve posture, relieve back pain, and develop a consistent yoga practice.
As the founder of Deep Yoga Studio, I have experience teaching a wide range of students, from complete beginners to regular practitioners. This has helped me understand different body types, limitations, and personal goals.
I work especially well with:

Clients looking for gentle weight management support
My teaching style is calm, clear, and supportive. I emphasize safe alignment, step-by-step guidance, and adapting each session to your needs. You don’t need flexibility or prior experience to begin.
I teach online yoga classes in English and have worked with international clients. Sessions are personalized, practical, and easy to follow.
Classes are conducted in English. Beginners are welcome.
