Über Irene
I am a psychologist and biologist specialized on nutrition. Both science and health are my passion, so I run my own blog besapiens.net in which I try to dismantle the most typical myths of nutrition, always based on the latest research on the field. I love to see how, with the correct approach, people are capable of transforming their bodies and their minds: they become truly healthy, a point of non-return! :D

The first appointment will be an introductory meeting in which you can tell me about yourself, your objectives and your current situation. Here I will give you plenty of nutritional information and we will discuss about your objectives and how to achieve them. You will mark the rhythm and the goals.
After the first appointment, I will study your case and develop a personalized diet and approach for you. You will have this planning in our second meeting and we will discuss about its feasibility and details. Your goals will be more detailed now and you will start making the necessary changes in your lifestye :)
The cost of these 2 classes are 40€ for the first one and 60€ for the second one. After these sessions, we will agree how many follow-up sessions you would like to have and with which frequency. Each of the follow-up sessions is 20€, and I usually recommend to have 2 or 3 appointments during the first month, as this will help you to adjust properly, ask your doubts and have support in the first stages. Later on, we can extend the time between appointments until you feel completely confident to go on your own!
Important: I recently moved to Germany and my german knowledge is very limited. I can only give the classes in english or spanish. My appologies! :(
