My name is Rae, and I am a Canadian expat living abroad in Europe. I was a teacher for over 12 years, and have taught in schools in Canada, Malaysia, and Germany. When I am not working on my own second language (German!), or recording English voiceovers as a Freelance Voiceover Artist, I am helping people build confidence in themselves and their ability to converse comfortably in English!
I specialise in English banter or 'small talk', confidence-building, and navigating daily conversations in English with ease!

My lessons are aimed at Expats. Language is CONNECTION, and without it, we can feel isolated and cut off from building community and new social networks.
As an expat who KNOWS what it feels like to not be able to converse and make small talk in a 2nd (or 3rd or 4th!) language, I offer you an intimate opportunity to practice building your confidence and vocabulary in English.
Over the course of each lesson, we will focus on common and familiar life scenarios that we encounter in our daily lives, in which we are required to listen and respond in English.
