Hello! I'm Panchali, an English and American Studies student at the University of Innsbruck with over six years of teaching experience across a range of settings, from language academies to one-on-one exam coaching. I hold an IELTS Band 8.0 score and a 120-hour Master TEFL Certificate with a Business English specialization, so I bring both personal fluency and structured teaching methodology to every lesson.
Whether you're preparing for an IELTS exam, building your Business English for work, or simply want to communicate more confidently in everyday situations, I tailor each lesson to your specific goals and current level. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all teaching. My sessions are structured but flexible, combining clear strategy with practical, real-world application so you actually retain what you learn.

My approach to teaching:
I believe language learning works best when it's structured but personal. Every student has different goals, whether that's passing an exam, gaining confidence for work, or simply communicating more naturally. My teaching combines clear methodology with genuine attention to how each student learns.
Techniques and methods:
For exam preparation (IELTS and PTE), I use a structured, task-by-task approach, breaking down each section into specific strategies and common pitfalls rather than just practicing tests blindly.
For general and Business English, I focus on real-world application: practical vocabulary, professional communication scenarios, and building fluency through conversation rather than rote memorization. I adapt materials to each student's field or interests, so lessons stay relevant rather than generic.
Typical lesson structure:
Lessons usually start with a quick review of previous material or homework, followed by a focused session on the day's target skill (writing, speaking, grammar, or exam technique), and end with practical application; a mini-task, roleplay, or writing exercise, so students leave with something concrete they've practiced, not just theory.
What sets me apart:
I hold an IELTS Band 8.0 score myself, along with a 120-hour Master TEFL Certificate with a Business English specialization. With over six years of teaching experience, including work at established language academies, I've taught students at a wide range of levels, from beginners building foundational skills to advanced learners polishing exam technique. I'm currently completing my degree in English and American Studies, which keeps my own language knowledge sharp and current.
