Über Luna Alyssa
To me yoga is the journey to peace of mind. It doesn`t matter how flexible or strong you are- by attending my class i will give my best for you to achieve inner well- beeing.
I am doing Yoga since years now until i recently discovered that i want to take my practise to the next level, so i spent 2 months in India doing a teacher training and exploring the roots of Yoga and its Philosophy.
