I am a passionate yoga teacher with a Master’s in Philosophy and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. Yoga has profoundly transformed my life, helping me become a better version of myself and bringing a deep sense of peace and balance to my mind and body. I want to share this knowledge and experience with others so that everyone can feel the same joy, clarity, and fulfillment that yoga has given me. My goal is to guide students toward a practice that nurtures not only the body but also the mind and spirit, empowering them to live a more beautiful, mindful, and meaningful life.

As a yoga teacher with a Master’s in Philosophy and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, I offer mindful, compassionate, and well-structured lessons that blend movement, breathwork, and gentle philosophical insights. I teach with a calm, supportive approach, using clear cues, step-by-step guidance, and thoughtful modifications to make yoga accessible for all levels. A typical session includes grounding and breath awareness, a warm-up, a balanced sequence of postures, pranayama, and a relaxing meditation or cooldown. I bring patience, depth, and a holistic perspective to my classes, helping students build strength, flexibility, and inner calm while exploring the deeper meaning of yoga. My lessons are ideal for beginners, intermediate practitioners, and anyone seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or a more mindful connection to their body and breath.
