Über Angeleyshka
I am a bilingual English and Spanish teacher, and my connection to language learning is also personal. I began learning English at a young age, so I understand firsthand what it feels like to learn a new language, build confidence, make mistakes, and gradually become comfortable communicating in it.
That experience has shaped the way I teach today. I know that language learning can sometimes feel intimidating, especially when a student is afraid of saying something incorrectly. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable practicing, asking questions, and learning without pressure.
I have a background in education and organizational leadership, along with experience teaching and working with students of different ages and learning styles. I adapt my lessons to each student rather than using the exact same approach for everyone.
Whether a student needs help with schoolwork, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation, reading, writing, or simply wants to feel more confident speaking English or Spanish, I tailor lessons around their individual goals.
Because I have experienced the language-learning process myself, I am especially patient and understanding with students who may feel shy, frustrated, or unsure of their abilities. I want each student to leave our lessons feeling more confident, capable, and motivated to keep improving.

My tutoring style is personalized, practical, and focused on helping each student feel more confident using English or Spanish in real life. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I adjust each lesson based on the student’s level, goals, interests, and learning style.
I use a mix of conversation, visuals, guided practice, real-life examples, games or interactive activities when appropriate, and targeted exercises for grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and pronunciation. My goal is to keep lessons engaging while still making sure the student is making real progress.
A typical lesson starts with a quick check-in and review, followed by the main focus for the day. We then practice the skill together through conversation, examples, exercises, or real-world scenarios. I finish each lesson with a short recap so the student knows exactly what they improved on and what to keep practicing.
As a tutor, I am patient, encouraging, and adaptable. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace. I also try to connect lessons to things they actually care about, because learning becomes much easier when it feels relevant.
I work with children, teenagers, and adults, including beginners, school students who need extra support, bilingual learners, and adults who want to improve their conversational English or Spanish. Lessons can be adapted for school support, homework help, speaking confidence, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or general language improvement.
