Über Matthew
Hello! My name is Matt and I' am from Australia. My passion for language actually came through songwriting. I love the ability to tell stories and convey emotions through song.
My initial teaching experience came from teaching guitar, which I still do(also on this platform) and later translated to teaching language.
I' am have been living in Germany for the past 2 years, learning German and teaching English to Germans of all ages.
My strengths are empathy, understanding and dedication. I love to work with individuals on a personal level and encourage you from wherever you are in your language journey.
I would love to help you achieve your goal to learn English.

That is my motto and approach to teaching. I wont just teach you how to be reliable on me to learn English but I will equip you with the tools to understand and learn the language for yourself.
My preferred approach to language learning is through short stories. I myself have learnt German through stories. This method is a tested and is proven to give results.
In each lesson we will work through a short story focussing on understanding the story as a whole and then we will dive into pronunciation and gramma.
