Über Cemil
I graduated from İstanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture.
I was an Erasmus+ exchange student in Belgium for one year at KU Leuven's Architecture Master's Program.
I am a Master of Architect and also I describe myself as an artist.
I am a graduate of Teachers High School; therefore, I already got pedagogy skills while in high school.
I coordinated Nesin Art Village's Architecture Workshop Programs in Şirince, Turkey.
I participated in many arts and architecture-related workshops, exhibitions and biennials at national and international levels as being in different positions such as architect, coordinator, workshop coordinator, teacher and artist.
I have taught many art and architecture classes in the past and continue to lead in this field.
I am the owner of the art, architecture and design studio called "yunivorks".
I can speak fluent English, and I am just a beginner in French.

Since I am experienced with the Cambridge IGCSE Art & Design curriculum, I can help those who will take this exam.
The following topics will shape the course process:
- Exercises that improve visual-cognitive perception and eye-hand coordination
- Free-hand drawing; sketch; perspective, three-dimensional thinking, atmospheric and spatial drawings
- Collage making
- Watercolor
- Creativity-enhancing exercises
- Designing your drawing and painting tools
- Human figure drawing, character design, anatomy
- Using different production mediums together; as digital-physical tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup etc.
- Landscape drawing: natural textures, figures and contexts (plants, animals and different geographic elements)
- Form, space, depth, structure
- Orthographic views
- Tonal values; light, shade and shadow
- Color theory
- Visual composition, imaginary drawings, spatial fiction, expressing ideas with drawing, creating a visual story by drawing, drawing an existing story or narrative
- Reviewing together art exhibitions and artworks
- A brief overview of art history
- School preparation for art, design and architecture

Perfekt! Cemil is a wonderful teacher! He’s patient and understanding and adapts to the individual needs and uniqueness of his students. He has a very good eye for detail and minor adjustments needed to create better results. Highly recommend!
