Über Enzo
Hey!
I am Enzo, a French native 25 year-old engineer & MBA graduate.
I am currently living in Vienna, where I just arrived a few days ago. I'm here because Austria took my heart 3 years ago in Salzburg where I studied for a semester. So here I am :)
I am offering you English home teaching lessons.
I'll be frank: it is a new experience for me. Why not work as an IT engineer you might ask? Well, I like new challenges and I believe I have some degree of legitimacy on teaching languages (see below). I also see this as a fair deal to both work & keep time for myself, either to go exploring around or develop personal projects.
That being said, I've studies languages for more than 11 years and now hold 3 degrees in English & one in German. In other words, I know how it all works.
If you're looking to learn or improve your English, I believe I know a fair bit about it. My academical knowledge of Cambridge English would surely be helpful to yo, whether you need extra classes or prepare for an exam. I'm confident my knowledge of multiple languages will be valuable in teaching.

My teaching method: homework first, check-in sessions afterwards.
Before each session, I give you the course materials in advance: short lesson, exercises & miscellaneous documents relevant to the notion: quotes, images, mnemonic techniques, fun facts, anecdotes. That gives us a fair base to start upon for the session.
During it, we will begin with an informal concept-checking conversation. Following that, we will review the marking of the exercises. Then, depending on your goals/needs: you may be doing new exercises which will allow live checking, or we may go more in-depth of the notion. If we have time left, I will teach you the essentials for the next course. We will finish the session with a playful learning game.
Since repetition is key, one or more occurrences of the course topic will come afterwards.
My approach: it takes two :)
By default, I set the pace based on the materials & the progress to be made. But hey, you’ll be the judge of that! I am not here to tick my checklist and simply move on. My goal is for you to learn ; and if you need an « out of the box » or a more « down-to-earth » approach, I’m all ears!
Why choose me: I love languages!
First of all, I am fully bilingual in English language. Not only do I hold 3 degrees (FCE, TOEIC, TOEFL), but I've also lived in Ireland for a few months recently. This means I know how learning & improving in a foreign language works. Not only the written languages, but also the day-to-day speaking & pronunciations.
Apart from that, I speak French (natively) & German. I believe this multiple knowledge of languages gives me a fair perspective on all different needs.
Who are the lessons for?
I teach lessons for all levels: from complete beginners, through learners who aim at getting better, to future graduates looking to pass a degree in English language. I build the courses so that it suits your level, goals, and individual needs, whether it is to build a strong written base, become more fluent in conversation, improve your pronunciation or focus on any other area.
Important note: teaching is a new experience to me. That being said, I approach it very seriously and take it as a personal responsibility for you to make progress.
I only teach from home.
