Über Naja
Learning with me means more than just memorising rules or getting through homework—I focus on helping students truly understand what they’re learning and why it matters. I always try to create a relaxed and supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, because that’s how real learning happens.
I explain things clearly and step by step, especially when it comes to grammar, spelling, or solving problems in maths. I also create personalised worksheets and exercises so my students can practise at their own pace. I make sure to adapt to each student’s level and interests, whether that means talking about books, using examples from movies, or simply having everyday conversations in a foreign language.
What motivates many of my students is that I treat them with respect, I listen to their struggles, and I celebrate their progress with them. I love showing that learning a language or subject can actually be fun and rewarding. My goal is always to build confidence and independence—so my students don't just get better grades, but actually enjoy learning along the way.

I’m currently a university student and have just completed my Matura this year. Despite my age, I already have three years of tutoring experience behind me. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with both middle school and high school students, mainly in the subjects of German, English, Maths, and Spanish.
My teaching approach focuses on building a strong foundation—especially when it comes to languages. I like to start by clearly explaining grammar and spelling rules, making sure my students understand the structure of the language. From there, I shift to practical applications—writing short texts, engaging in speaking exercises, and applying what we’ve learned in real-life contexts. I often prepare custom worksheets and additional tasks tailored to each student’s needs, to help reinforce the material outside of our sessions.
When it comes to learning languages, I strongly believe that motivation increases when students see not just the usefulness of a language, but also how fun and rewarding it can be to speak it. I love having natural conversations with my students—just like they would have in everyday life—or discussing literature and books they might enjoy. Personally, I’ve found that I learn languages best through watching movies, reading novels or news articles, and I always encourage my students to do the same.
Tutoring has taught me patience, adaptability, and the importance of making learning enjoyable. Every student is different, and I truly enjoy finding the right methods to help each one grow more confident and independent in their learning.
