Über Keshava
My name is Keshava, and Im a tabla player and percussionist based in Vienna, Austria. Im currently doing a diploma in
Ethnopercussion with Fredrich Gulda school of music, and I grew up in music, playing this instrument since the age of 2. I have had the honour of having performed at the opening ceremony of the 2010 Commonwealth games at the age of 7, and grew up in an artistic family, having performed alongside my parents as well.
Im now very grateful to be a part of a band based here in Vienna named Vayu-the winds of change, and we are a fusion rock band with Bollywood, Carnatic, Hindustani, and folk influences.

We will cover a range of different techniques that will enhance your knowledge of the drum, as well as enriching your understanding of the art of tabla.
