Über Bárbara
I'm a Master degree student and graduated Yoga Teacher (yoga alliance 200 hr.) from Chile. I've been practicing Yoga since 2011 and adopted this discipline as a lifestyle, a path that's been taking me to appreciate life and it's gifts in everything. In my classes you will find a safe space to meditate and get in touch with your true self. I assure you a experience of calm and well-being that will improve all the aspects of your life :)

I teach Hatha yoga and my classes are available for all levels, I'm always very aware to know my students and adapt the classes to their needs. Hatha yoga is the traditional yoga that follows Patanjali teachings and asanas (postures) and it's a very complete form of excercise and meditation. My main focus it's that you as student can improve your relationship with your body and soul within the practice of yoga.
