Über Aswathy
I’m Aswathy, finishing a PhD in Organizational Behavior with research on motivation and culture. Over recent years I’ve mentored undergraduate, master’s and MBA students in leadership, HR, strategy foundations, research design and statistics. I specialise in translating dense theory into simple frameworks you can remember under exam pressure, then applying those frameworks to your essay, case or thesis. Expect a supportive, no-jargon approach, clear structure, and honest, actionable feedback. Where helpful, I provide templates (essay/case structures, stakeholder maps, survey item banks) and step-by-step SPSS/Excel guidance. I work entirely in English and welcome international students. Sessions are online worldwide or in person in Vienna. Academic integrity matters to me: I coach, explain and edit for clarity
