Über Fateme
My background in interior architecture and 3D design also gives me a creative approach to teaching. I hold a CELTA qualification, which gave me a strong foundation in communicative language teaching, lesson planning, classroom management, and adapting activities to different levels and learning needs. I also have C1-level English (IELTS) and an academic background that has required me to use English professionally and academically for many years.
I began my teaching experience as an ESOL teacher, working with learners to develop their speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
After moving to the UK, I gained further experience working with children in after-school clubs and later as a Teaching Assistant supporting students with additional learning needs (SEN). I worked as IELTS Invigilator at the end of my journey in London.

My teaching approach is student-centred, communicative, and practical. I like to use conversation, real-life situations, questions, visual materials, and interactive activities to make lessons engaging.
I can help students with general English, conversational English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking confidence, everyday communication, and academic English. I am also happy to tailor lessons around a student's specific goals, whether they are preparing for an exam, moving to an English-speaking country, improving their communication at work, or simply wanting to feel more confident speaking English.
