Über Vinaya
It’s through organisation and tidying, among other things, that I’d like to help you see yourself differently, sort out what weighs you down, and reveal what makes you unique.
Organising and tidying up your life can truly help you rediscover who you are and gain clarity about what you really want to do with your life.
I’m deeply committed to supporting you on this journey of transformation, in a friendly atmosphere , just like a good pal who genuinely wants the best for you.
I also make a point of highlighting your strengths, those you may not even notice or consider “normal.”
I’m based in France, in the Aude department.
In addition to this activity:
- I’m currently working on creating a FILM PRODUCTION COMPAGNY to develop my own roles as an ACTRESS, my first passion, in films that truly inspire me.
- I also enjoy MODELING and expressing creativity through photography.
- I’m writing three BOOKS, with the goal of helping others who have experienced challenges similar to mine.

INTERVIEW
1) Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
→ It always felt so natural and easy for me to be disciplined and organised that I assumed it was the same for everyone. But by observing people and hearing their admiring comments about my discipline, I realised that, in fact, not everyone finds it easy to be disciplined.
And since I have always been drawn to personal growth, it was only natural for me to develop my unique approach to Personal Transformation Coaching that allows each person to choose the services that resonate with them, and even request other types of services, in order to create a fully customised journey.
2) What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
→ I believe that sometimes what we really need is simply someone competent who sees our potential and guides us with kindness. That is exactly what motivates me to teach and coach.
It saddens me to see so much untapped talent: people who cannot share their gifts with the world for various reasons such as being victims of injustice, not knowing anyone in their network who can help, not finding the right connections despite all their researches, and of course, for lack of money!
Regarding this last point, when I am in a position to do so, I would love to occasionally offer my services at a very low cost or free of charge in exchange for a symbolic trade.
3) How does your work help society?
→ By “society,” I mean the interactions between people.
I help people feel better in their lives overall, to be true to themselves, and to stop making default choices whether consciously or unconsciously. As a result, by finally being authentic with themselves and others, and by feeling better in their own skin and mind, they naturally have a positive influence on the people they meet. Those people, in turn, will naturally pass on this better energy to others, and so on, creating a snowball effect. A snowball of positive energy in the world (or in “society”).
4) If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
→ I am my own role model.
I am always seeking to improve myself in different areas by drawing lessons from both the positive and negative situations I observe around me: in the people I meet, in the biographies I read, in movie scripts and characters, in documentaries and reports, and so on. In short, life itself is my inspiration.
5) Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching
→ Outside of my coaching work, I dedicate a lot of time to the following:
- I am currently working on creating a production company to shoot my own films. As an actress, which is my first passion, I rarely find roles that truly suit me, so I decided to stop expecting anything from others and to create my own opportunities.
- I also love posing for photos. When I have the chance, I would like to collaborate professionally with photographers to develop original visual concepts.
- I also have three books in progress, each exploring themes related to my own personal transformation.
6) Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
→ Yes! The people for whom I have created VIDEO EDITING have always deeply appreciated my work and the fact that they could finally have a unique keepsake. Even if they had plenty of raw videos of themselves, they had never had a high-quality edited video before.
While analyzing the NATAL CHART (astrology) of an acquaintance I had known for several years, I discovered an extroverted personality trait that surprised me, that I had never clearly identified in her. And she confirmed that it was absolutely true.
I love using astrology to better understand people, as it helps improve how we interact and work together.
As for the TAROT READINGS I have done, they have always helped people gain clarity about their questions, even though it sometimes meant shattering their illusions. But facing reality allows us to better direct our lives.
Someone once asked me for a TAROT TALISMAN to help her find love because she had been single for a very, very long time, several years. And just a few days or weeks after completing the process, she was in a relationship!
