Über Geetanjali
I am an internationally certified yoga teacher and wellness consultant. My yoga sessions are an amalgamation of classical Yoga with modern practices. My style is dynamic yet compassionate, intense yet therapeutic with approach of adjustments and plenty of modifications with individual attention. My curriculum is specially designed keeping in mind the physical capability and learning aspiration of my students. The students who have been learning from me for years hail from all age groups. I have completed an international teacher training programs with renowned teachers of India. I love to encourage & motivate people to improve their well-being both on and off the mat & believe that yoga is extremely beneficial in today’s world to improve the overall mental and physical health. I have experienced taking classes in person as well as online via Zoom, and every single format has proven effective due to my sheer passion for the craft. Each day I discover, unlearn and relearn with my students. Every session adds more value to me as an instructor. Looking forward to touching more lives and adding more value to people.
