Über Hannah
Being a photographer and a sound artist today, my artistic journey began by integrating the Prep'Art foundation year in Paris, then Les Gobelins in photography. A Master's degree in arts (specializing in photography, and sound creation) in London at the Royal College of Art opened me up to possibilities of creation abroad and their different educational models.
I teach in artistic foundations year, art schools, kindergartens on an ad hoc basis, and as a private teacher. I also do sound workshops and teach photography. The department in which I am professionally qualified is photography (Bachelor + Master). I have learned electronic music on computer by my own.
Empathetic and fluid in communication, I am open to alternative teaching methods adapted for each one.
Coaching in the art realm came out of a desire to inform, help and stimulate those who want to become artists, but who not necessarily have been well surrounded or encouraged to get started.

What do I mean by "artistic coaching"?
Artistic coaching is an in-depth tutoring sessions with future artists. An art coach follows and supports you in the view of artistic school applications and/or the development of your portfolio. An art coach is here for you to help you grow in yourself and in your art.
The main idea is to get yourself ready as well as possible to the art school applications through individualized, critical and deep tutoring. And according to your own personality. It is about highlighting something that sets you special from others, through uniqueness and originality. In order to reach this stage, specifying your objectives, better understanding your identity, and exercising with information and motivation are the key steps to succeed.
The art world is not easy, and it is a place where you have to know how to show yourself determined, and surrounded with good tools. I am happy to offer coaching for anyone with a motivated desire, for all ages and nationalities (lessons in English or French). High school students, students, people in the process of changing professional life, future artists. The sessions take place in real life (Berlin or Paris) or in Skype.
The concrete content of the sessions:
The coaching is developed under three main directions:
You:
- Setting-up and precision of the goals in connection with the schools. A practical and concrete establishment is organized per sessions.
- Identification of the strongest traits of your personality, and the best artistic strengths in order to constitute a portfolio that looks like you.
- Identification of your weaknesses, in order to better work on them.
The portfolio:
- Helping and supporting in the constitution of the artistic portfolio. I am good at being critical and constructive at the same time, questioning your work to make it evolving in depths, and in the way that is the most authentic to you.
- Precision of the portfolio's identity through a guideline that makes sense for you and for the schools.
- Showcasing your works with the use of photography. A good documentation of your works is key in a portfolio.
- Learning how to position yourself with your creation and the art world in which it takes part.
- Helping in writing texts which accompagn the works
Schools and their competition:
- Information and advices on schools and their identity, in order to know them and choose them well.
- Helping in writing the application letter (to be modulated for each school to apply for).
- Training for exams by setting up blank oral examinations (oral tests)
- Training for exams through art history and aesthetics questionnaires (written test in art history)
- Training in English oral for art schools if needed.
Optional courses, to improve specifically into a field:
- Learning the basics of photography in the documentation of works, in order to know how to present your work better (20 euros for 30 min)
- In-depth photography courses (shooting, technic, frame, light, how to build a series, how to learn to develop a unique photographic writing in different stages, editing, photographic retouching, etc.)
(35 euros per hour)
- Introduction course to electronic and/or experimental music on computer with Logic Pro software (35 euros per hour)
