Projects:
1. Order routing service: orders are routed to the right warehouse with optimal cost and delivery time:
- Apply machine learning to balance delivery time and cost, saving more than 17,000 GPB/month
- Cooperate with multiple teams to finalize a single source of truth
- Analyze cut off delivery time in order to increase customer experience
- Support extend 2-hour delivery routes (the most popular services in Vietnam) - increase revenue up to 34,000 GPB/month
2. Cycle count: inventory is adjusted and corrected with more than 2 billion items in the warehouses while the fulfillment centers are still operating.
- Training warehouse workers (involve more than 50 people) using tool and apply procedure
- Collaborate with other team in Supply Chain to set up escalation process to prevent loss
3. Replenishment suggestion: system suggests internal replenishment with the just-in-time method.
- Keep 95% orders shipped on-time
- Provide dashboards help supervisors keep track their tasks and manage their members
4.Supplier portal - team leader: led team of 3 members to develop a local experience for suppliers and merchandisers to request purchase order through a local Tiki's website.
- Standardize the process of sales and operations, save hundreds of hours of manual work
- Educate and improve supplier performance on logistics (over 1000 suppliers)

- Work directly with COO to define the risk factor and improve the fulfillment and delivery process - Get experience in reading data and getting business insight
