This course is for practically anybody :
Job seekers, freelancers or self-employed, students, small companies, web enthusiasts, members of a club or an association...
How I will teach you :
The teaching is oriented towards your website project. However, I will adapt my courses depending on your needs and interests (we will discuss that the first time we meet). Even if you are a complete beginner and have never created a website, I will help you setting in up.
I can cover a wide range of topics such as :
- Creating and setting up a Wordpress simple website
- Installing plugins
- How to work with page builders
- How to work locally on Wordpress
- Installing child themes
- How to choose a domain and host your website,
- HTML and CSS basics
- Graphic design and ergonomics good practices

My objective is to teach you everything you need to know not only to build your website, but also the key knowledge and practice you need to be able to learn and improve by yourself.

Why Wordpress?
Wordpress is a free, professional, open source online content management systems (CMS).
It allows you to create professional websites without having to learn web development or any kind of coding (but if you are interested, I can teach you that as well!).
Wordpress is used worldwide for more than 700 million websites worldwide (38% of all websites in 2020!).
You can start your site very quickly using a predefined template, then customise it at will, add components such as contact forms, blogs, photo galleries, etc.
Wordpress has a very large community : there is a lot of help online.
